شكرًا لتسوقكم معنا! نحن ملتزمون بتسليم طلباتكم بأسرع وقت وبأعلى معايير الأمان. فيما يلي تفاصيل سياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا لكل من المملكة العربية السعودية (KSA) والإمارات العربية المتحدة (UAE).

1. وقت معالجة الطلب

يتم تجهيز ومعالجة جميع الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل (باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية) بعد استلام تأكيد الطلب. ستتلقى إشعارًا آخر عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية بمجرد شحن طلبك.

2. أسعار الشحن ومدة التوصيل المتوقعة

نحن فخورون بتقديم شحن مجاني بالكامل لجميع الطلبات إلى المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة! لا يوجد حد أدنى للشراء.

ملاحظة: أوقات التوصيل هي فترات تقديرية وتبدأ من تاريخ الشحن وليس من تاريخ الطلب. قد تتسبب إجراءات الجمارك المحلية في بعض الأحيان في تأخير طفيف.

3. الدفع عند الاستلام (COD)

تسهيلًا لعملائنا الكرام، نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام في الإمارات والسعودية:

• يمكنك إتمام طلبك عبر الموقع دون الحاجة لبطاقة ائتمانية، والدفع نقداً لشريك التوصيل فور استلام شحنتك.

• يرجى التأكد من كتابة رقم جوال صحيح وعنوان دقيق لكي يتمكن فريق التوصيل من التواصل معك قبل التسليم.

4. تتبع الشحنة

بمجرد شحن طلبك، سيرسل لك النظام رقم تتبع ورابطًا لمتابعة حالة شحنتك مباشرة وفي الوقت الفعلي. عادةً ما تظهر تحديثات التتبع خلال 48 ساعة من الشحن.

5. الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب

في حالات نادرة، قد تخضع الشحنات للرسوم الجمركية أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وفقًا للوائح التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الإمارات. أي رسوم من هذا القبيل تكون من مسؤولية العميل.

6. إخلاء المسؤولية عن العناوين الخاطئة

نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي شحنات لا يتم تسليمها بسبب إدخال معلومات عنوان خاطئة أو ناقصة من قبل العميل. يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل الشحن بعناية (خاصة رقم المبنى، اسم الشارع، ورقم الجوال) أثناء الدفع.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time estimates

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the UAE and KSA! No minimum purchase is required.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Local customs processing in KSA and UAE may sometimes cause slight delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For our customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• You can place your order online without a credit card and pay our courier partner in cash upon receiving your package.

• Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and exact delivery address so our courier team can contact you before delivery.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. Tracking details usually update within 48 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

In rare cases, shipments may be subject to local customs duties or VAT regulated by the destination country's government. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details (especially building number, street name, and phone number) during checkout.

**Refund and Return Policy**

At NOVA NEST, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

**1. Returns**
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**2. Refunds**
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

**3. Shipping Costs for Returns**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**4. Damaged or Defective Items**
